Making vibrant art has saved my life and fixed my brain and heart so many times.

Now, it's keeping me going through all this (waves hands at everything happening in the world at the moment).

I'm here to help you heal with creative coaching services that teach you to get back in touch with whimsy and yourself.

About the Artist

Hi, I'm Erin Stratton, a multimedia artist in San Luis Obispo, California. I create pieces that range from abstract swirls to imaginary universes to creatures that keep you company.

Art is how I process things I can't move through any other way. Sometimes that's grief, sometimes it's panic, sometimes it's just needing to remember how to play. The work changes depending on what I'm working through.

Coming Up:

The Long Way Home

After heartbreak, I found my way back through art — and the work that emerged took me from local landscapes to outer space to surrealistic rebirth. For Mental Health Month, I'm sharing not just the paintings but the process that made them, because the way I found my way home might help you find yours.
